Dr Monica Langer

I have known that I wanted to work in the field of psychology since I was a teenager when I frequently volunteered in afterschool programs. Many children felt comfortable enough to confide in me and share their feelings and personal issues that troubled them.

I went on to study educational psychology at Gettysburg College and earned my master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. I am currently working towards New York State licensure
as a mental health counselor (LMHC)....
